
Group fitness is a wonderful way to get in shape and meet new people. USF Recreation & Wellness offers free group fitness classes on campus. You can choose from Total Body Strength or Yoga classes. All instructors are certified nationally and will offer a challenging but rewarding workout for all levels. No matter if you are a beginner or an experienced pro, there is a class that will suit you.

The gym will remain open to the public. Group Fitness classes via Microsoft Teams will be available online. The schedule will be posted here, as well as any other important information. All Group Fitness classes are open to all, and there is no need for you to make reservations. Register online for a class or at the kiosk located in the Campus Recreation Center lobby.
